get rid off the: can i join AAT

i saw that u guys can ask if u want to join the AAT group
but the AAT group is for special people wo can catch cheaters and stuff,
and i think that the AAT leader or higher must choose who an AAT is and who is not.

so my idea, get rid of the: can i join AAT

and another idea: get a lvl in the server for these AAT members, but with only commands witch are usefull for there JOB to catch cheaters and abusers.
and an sort of high lvl so they can even mute/kick/ban high lvl members if they abuse....

he is lvl 20 in the new *ELX-Jaymod server.

( we made a special lvl there for the AAT members )
